Before coming to Manchester, Phil served churches in Illinois, New York, Connecticut (Woodstock), and Omaha, Nebraska. He has a Master of Divinity degree from North Park Theological Seminary and a Diploma in the Art of Spiritual Direction from San Francisco Theological Seminary. Peter Tullson
Pastor of Adult Ministries
Peter is a native of New England, growing up in southeastern Massachusetts. He has lived in Boston, Providence and Syracuse, NY with his wife Karen and their three, now adult, children. With a M.A. in Theological Studies from Bethel Seminary, he is ordained by the Covenant. Before becoming a pastor, Peter was a research scientist & professor (Ph.D., Brown University). Phillip Beatty
Pastor of Student Ministries
Phil received a degree in youth ministry from Colorado Christian College and has been in professional youth ministry for 21 years. He arrived at Trinity in 2002. Phil is a licensed minister in the Evangelical Covenant Church, and along with his leadership of Trinity’s youth, he has a deep interest in missions, evangelism, and ministries of compassion and justice. After having been active in the Manchester community and in the various leadership positions in the church, Susan was called to her position here in 2000. Susan’s primary task is to help people discover the gifts God has given them and to connect people with the ministries for which they are best suited. Tom Anderson
Coordinator of Congregational Care
Tom, the newest member of our staff, completed his university and seminary training in Chicago, lived for several years in California and has spent his adult working life on the East Coast (NJ, NY & CT). He is an ordained Covenant minister and has pastored several churches. He has also worked as a chaplain (hospital and Army Reserve) and for the Postal Service to resolve complaints of discrimination. Married to Alice, their youngest son is in high school and two grown children reside in Seattle. Tom has certificates in pastoral counseling, marriage and family therapy, and spiritual direction. He is a member of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors and in 2011, began serving as the coordinator for Trinity's various caring ministries. (860.649.2855 x223,
