Culture Survey Results

Purpose of the Survey

Thank you to everyone who participated in TCC's Culture Survey!  This survey was designed to give our leadership a clearer understanding of our church’s cultural DNA. By reflecting on who we are today and who we hope to become, we can better discern the overall health of our church and identify areas of strength as well as opportunities for growth.

The results provide insight into how our church currently perceives our culture and how we envision it developing over the next five years. These findings will help guide conversations for our leadership about where we are thriving, where we may need to realign, and what direction we should take in order to cultivate a healthier and more faithful church culture moving forward. 

After gathering this data, the plan is to thoroughly discuss the results with church leaders (pastoral staff, key leaders, Governance Board) and discern our path forward together. Future strategic plans will be made with these results in mind. 

Please note: These findings are based on 101 responses received from church staff, key leaders, Governance Board members, and members of the congregation. The survey was designed to serve as a “thermometer” — offering a general sense of our church’s cultural priorities and how they are perceived. It was not intended to be exhaustive or definitive. The questions were broad by design, and all responses reflect the personal perspectives of those who participated.
